Job description :

Business Development team contributes to the company's growth by generating new business opportunities. The primary area of focus is to create relationships with customers and to enrich their experience with us

Objectives of this role :

- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings

- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them

- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts

- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

Responsibilities :

- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base Regular field visits involve meetings with ideal clients to build, prospect, and qualify leads for addition to the sales funnel (Excel Sheet)

- Generate face-to-face Appoint and present and Explain our services as per customer Need

- After the appointment, share the proposal and quotation with the client. And strong follow

- Once the client finalizes the service, receive the purchase order (PO), and then proceed with the payment process.

- Providing daily progress reports to the reporting authority.

- Contributing to the Monthly Sales and marketing plan.

Required skills and qualifications :

- Any Graduate Post Graduate Field Candidate, Experienced/Freshers

- Good command over English and Kannada, with proficiency in any other regional language, adds value

- Good command over Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Presentation Skill etc.

- Should understand client requirements & share with management team

- Prepare Proposal Templates/Quotes and be fluent in negotiations for successful sales closures

- Candidate need to have Bike and Valid Licence to Drive. 20% in Time.
