Job Description :
1) To recruit and appoint agents for business
2) Train agents on products, process and USPs of Co.
3) Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
4) Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business
5) Analysis the marketing and target the new strategy
6) To achieve target plan
