Responsible for the below-mentioned responsibilities :
- Managing Team, Training and Assigning Work Communicating With Customers Ensuring Sales Growth, and Building Sales Strategies.
- Person will be responsible to develop the market for the company and run business for the surrounding locations
- Must have Insurance knowledge
- Drive maximum enrollments under the scheme for assigned cluster
Candidate Requirement :
Qualification : Any graduate
Experience : Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
CTC : Up to 3.70 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
- A highly organized and hardworking individual.
- Strong work ethics
- Strong Decision-Making Ability to manage time efficiently.
