Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling Products
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Generate leads from open market
- Researching current market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
- Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
- Manage complete life cycle of adviosr
- Providing all relevant support as required
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduation with good communication skill and open market knowledge
- Need experience in any sales and marketing
- Ability to train and guide the sales team
- Local candidate with good local network
- Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
- CTC : Upto 4 LPA + Incentive + Other benefits
