Target Achievement : Set and communicate sales targets for your team, working with them to meet these goals.

Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports to upper management on field sales performance, market conditions, and challenges.

Qualifications :

- Must be graduate in any stream

- Relevant experience in sales and marketing with 1 to 2 year.

- Proficiency in sales tools and processes.

- Familiarity with CRM and data reporting.
