Responsibilities :

- Employing, hiring, and training salespeople.

- Making calls to prospective consumers to describe the company's offerings and promote purchases.

- Responding to consumer inquiries and, as necessary, escalate difficult issues to the appropriate departments.

- Gaining in-depth familiarity with the company's offerings.

- Keeping complete records of all transactions, customer appointments, and complaints.

- Working together with the marketing division to make sure the business is reaching its target market.

- Communicating with product designers on potential product updates and modifications to make sure that the company's goods satisfy the demands of the market.

- Creating cost-benefit evaluations for current and potential consumers to identify the best buying options.

- Examining the products of competitors to ascertain a product's advantages, drawbacks, and market viability

Required :

- Should be graduate

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in field sales

- Effective Time Management

- Good Communication Skills

- Ability to Work in a Team Leadership
