Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Finds potential customers and assesses their standing in the market; investigates and evaluates various sales channels.
- Promotes items by reaching out to potential customers, building rapport, and making solution recommendations.
- Information is gathered, examined, and summarised in order to prepare reports.
- Building his own network through the recruitment of individuals and the explanation of business plans to them.
- Track problems pertaining to customers and stockpoint and work to find solutions.
- Participates in teamwork by completing relevant tasks as required.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
