- Recruitment and Development of Business Associates - to manage them and ensure that they achieve their targets, and in turn achieve organizational targets.
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
- Products planning and implementation based on client needs.
- Innovating new ideas and new strategies for consistent business flow.
Candidates Requirement :
- Must Be Graduation
- Minimum 1 to 3 Years Experience in the Sales & Marketing
Age : 21 to 38 Years
CTC : 3.15 To 4.50 LPA + Incentive + Other benefit
- Ability to build up self-team and train them
- Outstanding verbal and communication skills.
