Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead Sales performance. The agency manager's responsibilities include identifying Sales consultants and drive business, setting and meeting monthly targets.
Responsibilities :
- Recruiting, screening, and training new Sales consultants.
- Analysing performance and drawing up action plans.
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Ensuring all Sales consultants exercise good time management.
- Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2-5 years of sales experience (Team Handling)
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
