Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify, connect, and establish relationships
- Promote critical products, services.
- Provide education and training to professionals on products, services.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products, services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral and promotional campaigns
- Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and preferences
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports.
- Analyzing competitors' performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Good communication skills
