Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- As a Field Sales Manager, your main responsibility is to lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within a designated geographical territory.
Responsibilities :
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
- Set clear expectations and objectives for the team.
- Implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
Required candidate :
- Qualification: Graduate
- Age : Minimum 23 Years - Maximum 40 Years
- Two-Wheeler Required
- 2 To 4 years of experience in field sales and marketing.
