Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and resonsibilities :
- Sales strategy must be created, communicated to the sales team, and implemented in order to manage, direct, and influence the sales team and assist them in achieving the targeted sales goals.
- To keep them from interfering with their regular responsibilities, they must promptly respond to enquiries about sales and deal with any problems.
- Setting high expectations for performance and assessing salespeople's performance in relation to the given sales targets
- Assessing the need for sales training, participating in the hiring and interviewing processes to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates
- Submitting sales reports to management and giving them realistic sales projections so they can make future plans
