Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives for the branch.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders in the insurance industry.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage budgets and expenses to optimize profitability and productivity.

- Provide regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and market trends to senior management.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the agency channel.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.

- Local candidates of Mumbai location only.
