Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- How well the sales team engages with both current and potential consumers is what determines.
- Sets both team and individual sellers' sales goals.
- Collects annual sales targets from executives, puts them into practice as necessary, and regularly reviews sales statistics.
- Accomplishing the aforementioned sales goals while managing the field sales team results in the development of productivity and efficiency-enhancing tactics.
- Regularly gathers the team to discuss performance, objectives, and best practices.
- Often participates in conference calls or meetings for business when negotiating significant contracts with significant clients
- New sales representatives will be trained by heads while working.
