- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Roles :

- Design a team of financial advisors.

- Achieving or surpassing sales targets.

- Bargaining with potential customers on all contracts.

- Creating monthly and weekly reports.

- Making sales presentations to various potential customers.

- Recognizing and marketing business products.

- Creating and submitting orders' sales contracts.

Competencies & Requirements :

- Any ground bachelor's degree

- Two years of sales experience.

- Knowledge of the dynamics and process of sales.

- A dedication to providing superior customer service.

- Proficient communication abilities.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to function without discomfort in a fast-paced setting
