Job Title : Field Sales Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our agency channel sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Establish and implement sales strategy and methods to meet revenue targets.

- Manage and motivate a team of agency sales professionals to meet targets for sales.

- Identify and develop opportunities for new companies via the agency channel.

- Develop superb connections with agency partners and offer ideas and support to help them achieve their sales goals.

- Data on earnings from sales should be monitored and analysed to find patterns and chances for improvement.

- Hold regular workshops for agency partners that help them enhance their product understanding and sales abilities.

- Collaborate with other departments to supply a consistent experience for clients.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in any field.

- 3+ years of experience in field sales and marketing

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Excellent ability to communicate and speak

- Agency channel selling expertise is preferred but is not essential.
