Job Title : Field Sales Manager
Job Description :
- We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our agency channel sales team. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and achieving sales targets through the agency channel.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and motivate a staff of agency sales reps.
- Create and implement a sales plan to meet sales targets.
- Maintain and build connection with agency clients and suppliers.
- Search for and select suitable agency partners.
- Develop and train the agency partners and their teams
- Keep an eye on market shifts, competitive activity, and client wants.
- Provide market and product performance feedback to the management team.
- Ensure that all company rules and procedures are followed.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's qualification in any field.
- 2+ years of experience in field sales & marketing.
- Sales knowledge of the agency channel is required.
- Strong managerial and leadership abilities
- Excellent personal and communication abilities
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with agency partners and clients.
- Analytical and solving skills are required.
- Results-oriented and capable to work under duress
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office
- A valid license for drive and the willingness to make journeys as needed are required.
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
