Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-10 yrs)
Position : Field Sales Manager
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
Responsibilities :
- Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis and generate the business.
- Monitoring following process for driving sales through your advisors.
- Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management monitoring capabilities.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Criteria :
- Education : Graduation complete in any stream
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Age is 24 to 38 years old.
- Must have a two-wheeler.
