Responsibilities :
- Take accountability for monthly income goals.
- Oversee all conversations with customers, educating them about the company's products and services on a daily basis.
- In charge of Respond to inquiries sent in via the digital marketing platform by taking care of needs and worries in order to meet and exceed customers' expectations.
- Establish rapport with investors, end users, and top-selling developers.
- Intermediary in the negotiating process; advise clients on pricing and market circumstances.
- Offer advice and counsel to clients in order to help them buy real estate at the best price and conditions.
- Recognise the needs of your clients and provide recommendations that work best for them.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC : Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
