- Recruitment of agents
- Achieving the sales target through the agents
- Maintaining the product mix
- Ensuring the right placement as per the process
- Strategic planning to target the right set of agents
- Training and development of agents.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. How much salary can I expect?
- You can expect a minimum salary of 2.20LPA and can go up to 3.50 LPA .The salary offered will depend on your skills, experience and performance in the interview.
- Min 2 years of experience in Any Sales.
2. What is the eligibility criteria to apply for this job?
- Min 1+ years of experience in sales or marketing and beneficial if having BFSI
- Graduation is compulsory
- Local Candidate of that particular locality .
