Job Title: Field Sales Manager - Agency Channel

Job Summary :

The Field Sales Manager - Agency Channel is responsible for managing and leading a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and grow the business through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales agents, coaching, guiding, and motivating them to meet sales targets and meet business objectives.

- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong connections with agency partners, such as insurance agencies, brokers, and other distribution partners, to ensure a consistent flow of business and maximise sales prospects.

- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to generate revenue growth, market penetration, and sales targets.

- Training and Development: Support sales agents with training and development to improve their product knowledge, sales abilities, and overall performance.

- Monitoring and analysing sales data and performance indicators to discover areas for improvement and take corrective steps as needed.

- Market intelligence entails being current on market trends, client needs, and competitor information.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline.

- Proven expertise in field sales or BFSI.

- Strong leadership qualities, as well as a track record of leading and encouraging sales teams to meet targets.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to establish and manage relationships with agency partners and sales agents.

- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Ability to analyse sales data, recognise trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong negotiating and persuasive abilities are required to close deals and overcome obstacles.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Salary : 3 To 4 LPA + Incentives
