Manager - Field Sales Agency Channel - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for highly motivated Candidates with Sales Background who can work with team and work in field.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly objectives and targets
- Recruit Business Associate and quality advisors
- Describe the policies of the company to our customers via cold calling
- Sell products and services by convincing the customer
- Taking a note of the sales goals and achieving the same
- Following up on business leads and referrals
