Roles & Responsibilities :
As a Sales/Business Development Manager, your responsibilities are required as per below :
- Build long relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on products, suggest purchase options, and invite them to upcoming events.
- Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer.
- Provide all the needed information on promoted products and services.
- Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services.
- Conduct face-to-face / online meetings and sales presentations.
- Provide sales assistance to existing and new customers.
