Manager - Field Sales - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Description:
Direct sales agents are independent salespeople who distribute goods through the network they create. They work directly with consumers, selling the products and finding each customer personally. As a direct sales agent, you will be self-employed and responsible for arranging market materials and samples for yourself.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
- Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customer's requirements.
- Self-sourcing of customers leads to own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
- Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.
- Cross-sell/upsell products.
- Assuring that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Age Limit 22 to 33 years.
Education Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Experience of at 2 years of Life Insurance sales or Finance sales.
2 - Wheeler/4 - Wheeler must.
