Roles and Responsibilities :
- Training, influencing, and motivating these licensed (agents) to sell insurance
- Having a meeting with prospective customers while using FCs to sell insurance.
- Providing pre- and post-sale assistance ensuring the caliber of the business
- Control choreography for daily, weekly, and monthly events.
- Establish and sustain a relationship with the client

Candidate profile :
- Graduation Required
Experience : 1 to 4 years in sales & marketing
