Job Role :
- Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- To recruit and appoint agents for business
- Train agents on products, process and USPs of Co.
- Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. How much salary can I expect ?
- You can expect a minimum salary of1.80 LPA and can go up to 3 LPA .The salary offered will depend on your skills, experience and performance in the interview.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Any Sales.
2. What is the eligibility criteria to apply for this job ?
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales or marketing and beneficial if having BFSI
- Graduation is compulsory
- Local Candidate of that particular locality .
