Manager - Field Sales - Agency Channel - BFS (2-5 yrs)

- Plan and review actions and goals with the agent.
- Determine the agent's training needs and collaborate with trainers to meet them.

- Continue to use effective business strategies, such as persistence and surrender.
Candidate Basic Requirements :
- 22 to 37 years old.
- A degree in any field.
- 2 years minimum in sales and marketing
- Appealing personality and effective communication abilities.
- A challenge-ready person.
- The candidate has lived at their current address for over three years.
