Hiring Field Sales Manager for a reputed insurance company!!!!
Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must be graduation
- Min 3- year Exp. in Field Sales/ Team Handling/ Insurance Sector / BFSI
- CTC:3.50 To 4.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance bonus + Other benefit
- Only Male Candidate Apply
- Age: 25 to 45Years
