The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Day-to-day management of Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Assess an account, develop a strategy to improve results for the key metrics, and most importantly implement and improve on that strategy over time through testing.
- Managing campaigns for Shopify based businesses.
- Own the day-to-day management of advertising campaigns.
- Take a 360 degree approach to digital marketing from creative strategy to landing pages.
- Email marketing, landing page optimization, conversion optimization, as well as gaining a deep understanding of multi-channel digital strategies.
- Dig in and contribute your knowledge as part of a team effort to drive client results.
- Day-to-day management of paid social advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Play a lead role in client communication, while also helping to spearhead strategy and campaign initiatives.
- Track and report on campaign results, data analysis, contribute to weekly/monthly client status calls with regular reporting on results.
- Close collaboration with our internal team to assess and improve advertising performance.
- Constant learning to improve your understanding of the paid marketing landscape.
- Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities and providing insights and recommendations.
- Managing external agencies for the execution of research projects.
- Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs.
- Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities.
- Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports.
- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
- Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.
- Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
- Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
- Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
- Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
- Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
- Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
- Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
- Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.
- Working on app store optimization.
- Regularly monitoring user analytics and using these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement.
- Designing and developing strong employer branding strategy.
- Partnering with various internal and external stakeholders to promote and communicate the employee value proposition (EVP) and help position the company as an employer of choice.
- Building campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiple channels.
- Analyzing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights / Market Research or Marketing Communications within IT industry.
You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.
- Experience within App Marketing, Employer Branding, Social Media / Viral Marketing, would be a strong advantage.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You're an expert in Facebook Ads, having directly managed large budget campaigns with results to show.
- You have strong e-Commerce experience, with a thorough understanding of the Shopify platform.
- You know exactly what to do to improve results in an account.
- You're enamored by the industry, at the top of your game while continually improving your knowledge by diving deep into industry blogs and more importantly via experience.
- Knowing that CRO is just as important as your campaigns, you are well-versed in post-click conversion and what it takes to convert traffic at a high rate.
- Always willing to speak up, collaborate, and advocate for your ideas.
- You're a conceptual thinker, someone able to create a range of ideas and strategies for campaigns along with having total confidence in your execution and communication with clients.
