Manager - Export Sales - Gems & Jewellery (5-20 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
Revenue Generation through :
- New customer acquisition
- Increasing revenue from existing customers
- Range of new products offerings
- Build relationships and collaborative arrangements with clients through visit, calls & other customer engagement initiatives
- Delivering strategic insight
- Timely communication with customers
- Conduct market research on customer and competition for running product type, quality standards, innovations & share inputs with internal stakeholders (PD, Design etc.)
- Participating in different workshops, seminars, trade shows to increase industry awareness and maximise brand presence
- Follow-up for dues / customer payment (Revenue Generation)
- Maintaining MIS
This position reports to HOD Sales and has a dotted line reporting to MD. Individual Contributor with support provided by backend team
