Manager/Executive - Marketing/Client Servicing - Advertising/Media (2-15 yrs)
Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Maintaining cordial relationships with all clients through various communication platforms
- Developing new marketing strategies for brand positioning and recall
- Brainstorming with the team and making proposals as per the client's requirement
- Ensuring smooth execution of the event with thorough supervision and coordination
- Strong coordination with the Design and Production team to execute glitch-free events
- Getting involved in event planning, meeting deadlines, etc.
- Cost management, negotiations, invoicing, and fulfilling all accounting formalities with the client
- Doing Research, Booking Artist & vendors, and negotiating as per requirements.
- Organizing database, managing all formats like MOM, inquiry sheet, etc
- Post-event formalities like sending reports, feedback, and testimonials from clients, closing the event, etc.
Skills required :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation-making, & pitching skills
- In-depth knowledge of social media marketing
- Good interpersonal skills
- Well groomed & disciplined
- Excellent reporting skills and sincere about following company rules, regulations, and formats
