Manager/Executive - Inside Sales - Hospitality (2-4 yrs)
- Generate leads online and close them wherever possible
- In the case where clients require much explanation team up with the field sales team in providing leads to such potential clients looking to recruit in the Blue/ white-collar space in the hospitality industry.
- Get onboarding data from clients for upload of clients' profile
- Sound market knowledge of the blue-collar recruitment industry and the dynamics
- Work closely with the business development team in making proposals (RFPs), Agreement drafts that are required from time to time.
- Be comfortable making both warm and cold calls over the phone in generating leads and converting them into memberships.
- Direct the field sales team in taking first and follow-up appointments, arranging for review meetings and even visiting the client if possible.
- Should be a good communicator, and should be well versed in setting up and leading the online calls with clients through Zoom/ Google meet interface in accessing requirements and closing on deals
- Collaborate with team members, in collating Daily Sales reports and addressing it to the management daily.
- Coordinate with the development team for any glitches on the client's page and solve issues within the desired TAT
- Work closely with the Data & QC team for uploads.
- Graduates with MBA preferred in any stream with basic knowledge of computers and software as a service.
- Experience of a minimum of 6 months in cold calling, appointment generation or lead generation as well.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be comfortable working night shifts.
- Should be comfortable extending their shift to meet the targets.
- Well-versed with MS Office.
- Knowing French would be an added advantage.
- Freshers in qualified with Diploma or Degree in Hospitality are welcome to apply
