What kind of professional exposure/technical skills should you have?

- Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry.

- Lead generation through outbound calling and email interactions to identify business prospects.

- Manage all inbound leads that come in through different channels. Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent email communications.

- Advising and creating awareness based on the needs and specifications for suitable product.

- Lead verification and maintaining database ( CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.

- Ability to assess data and identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.

- Closing the small scale deals remotely by collaborating with internal teams e.g Solutions, Sales operation and Operations team.

- Timely execution of all sales activities leads.

- Updating & maintaining systems like CRM, keeping a track of factors like Lead Response Rate, Qualified Lead Rate,Conversion Rate (Direct), Conversion Rate (Indirect), Customer Lifetime Value.
