Manager/Executive - Field Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
Field sales executive/manager candidates are what we are now on the lookout for.
Roles and obligations :
- Make contact with advisers who are failing to meet the contract maintenance requirements and make plans for their training or to reactivate them.
- Organize the advisor onboarding procedure's selection process.
- Take ownership of the advisor's revenue.
- Whenever necessary, help with prospecting or observing activity in the field.
- If assistance is required with prospecting or detecting activities in the field.
- Be a Product Expert in Your Field
- Attend a group fieldwork event.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to offer fantastic customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Minimum 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
- Up to 3.00 to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
