Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings, services, and brand across various digital platforms.

- Manage and optimize the company's website to ensure a seamless user experience and enhance lead generation efforts.

- Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and videos.

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.

- Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.

- Manage social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and support lead conversion.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing strategies.

- Monitor competitors' digital marketing activities and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

- Implement and maintain marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead nurturing and customer relationship management.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

- Proven experience of 3-5 years in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM software.

- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to devise innovative marketing strategies.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

- Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of real estate market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
