Manager/Executive - Demand Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Duties and Responsibility:
1. Have to recruit commission-based insurance agents
2. Build a team and Handle agents
3. Generate Business through the agents
4. Leads should be generated by candidates
5. Candidate must have good experience in sales (B2B or B2C)-
1. Strong market and contact base
2. Decent Communication skills
3. Presentable & Communicative
4. Experience and knowledge of Insurance will be preferable.
5. Insurance Agents can also apply if looking for full time job opportunity
6. Two-wheeler is mandatory.
7. Candidates who have experience of client or customer visits or meetings and lead generation will be preferred. (Profiles like Medical representatives, Debit or Credit card sales persons, Internet subscription sales persons etc)
