Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
- Utilize CRM data to develop personalized customer communication strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implementing and optimizing customer relationship management strategies and tools
- Responsible for execution & maintaining of all documents after booking till possession/registration.
- Manages interactions with cross-channel partners related to CRM, Sales
- Providing necessary documentation, Compliance, reports to the management and leadership team
Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Good Knowledge on MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
