Manager/Executive - Business Development - Staffing Firm (0-5 yrs)

- We are US based MNC located in Noida. We have urgent openings for Business Development Manager/Executive (Fresher also welcome)

Responsibilities :

- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability across industry sectors.


- Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects across industry sectors.


- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets within across Industry space.


- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.


- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.


- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.


- Closed sales has to handed over to operations team

Skills Needed :

- Cold calling, Lead Generation, Good communication, Networking & Sales skill Ability to interact and create network


- Must be aware about IT terms and technologies Recruiters interested to move in Sales can also apply.


- Develop strong network with the client in US.


- Extensive account management and Business Generation.


- Successful lead generation experience (Preferably direct client engagements)

Note :As a BDM you will be concentrating on US IT Staffing. You will handle all aspects of:

- Develop relationships with existing & new client accounts (Direct / MSP / VMS) for IT staffing business across USA.

- Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.


- Handle a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them.


- Client relationship management.


- Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support.


- Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project.


- Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business.
