Job Description :

BASIC JOB DETAILS : Business Development Executive (5 Vacancies)

Shift timings : Australian shift (05:00 AM to 02:00 PM) IST. 


- Subject to change as per Business Requirement.

- Both side Cab would be provided.

- Australian Recruitment Industry.

Job Location is Sector 64 Noida.

Excellent communication skills required.

5 Days working (Saturday and Sunday fixed off).

Salary+ Incentives+ Pick and Drop+ Nice working environment + Onsite Australian Visit.

Roles & Responsibility :


- Candidates must be either form BPO Voice process- International, International Business development or BD from Recruitment firm. 


- Identify, prospect, and develop new opportunities with new as well as existing client base in the Staffing and Recruitment Industry.

- Responsible to connect with CXO, CEO, Director and Head of Recruitment.

- Sales and marketing of KSNR Offshore recruitment specialist services.

- Reaching out to prospective clients & lead generation through cold calling and client presentations.

- Setting up Conference calls & Meetings for In-person Discussion about proposal & Contract.

- Build long term business relationships with client leaders and decision makers.

- Strong communication skills.

- End to end business development for recruitment services.

- Responsible for revenue generation from the various accounts signed up by them.

- Team management & people development if applicable.

- Providing inputs of client specifications to the delivery team also ensuring a smooth transition of client relationship to the team.

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (4:30 AM to 2:00 PM)

Job Nature : Full Time
