JOB DESCRIPTION: EVENT SALES MANAGER :

They are seeking for a passionate Event Manager for our community at mumbai with 3 to 6 years of experience. Each center consists of tons of start-ups, small businesses and freelancers and we- re all committed to building and engaging the Community by conceptualizing events that deliver valuable experiences, insights and knowledge.

POSITION GOALS & OBJECTIVES:-

We are looking for a competent Event Manager to conceptualize and organize events across all centers in the country that will benefit the internal member community as well as build brand awareness among our target audience.

The role requires the following :

EVENT CONCEPTUALIZATION:-

- Conceptualize events with the objective of generating leads, building brand awareness, generating revenue and acquiring Alliances for the benefit of members

- Drive and execute all outbound events for the Member Community as well as potential clients.

- Assist Community Teams to conceptualize and organize internal events for members at their respective centers

- Analyze market trends, start-up scenario, and initiative of other competitors.

- Constantly monitor and analyze industry news, evolving trends, new innovations, and trending event concepts in order to gain attraction and participation from external audiences.

COMMUNITY BUILDING :

- Strive to build a community environment that's conducive to collaboration

- Ensure that members are engaged through action-packed events calendars

- Work with local businesses in the vicinity to plan engagement events

- Continuously measure member satisfaction and strive to improve member satisfaction levels with more engaging events

- Develop and implement strategies for reaching out to local organizations and attend networking events to promote the community and identify potential members

CRITICAL COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS :

- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management

- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office

- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability

- Excellent organizational skills

- A knack for problem-solving

- Customer-service orientation

- Experience with start-ups and the tech community
