Manager - Event Operations & Execution - Event Management Firm (6-10 yrs)
Experience: 6 to 10 years of hands on work experience in medium and large event company candidate must have exposure in handling events with exposure to malls, rural areas, schools & Colleges

Job Details:
- To access the on-ground requirements vis- -vis the activations and events getting executed.
- Oversee the proposals going to the client and prepare the detailed project plan along with the sales and creative team
- Represent the organisation in client meetings
- Assign teams to projects, basis their expertise and experience
- To get the pre-event P&L approved and to ensure that there are no cost over runs
- Post event analysis, evaluations and recommendations
- Main liaison with the Sales team - " to get the full download on client deliverables and give realistic timelines of deliveries
- Research for future/ potential events
Key Skills Required:
- Should be able to lead and have a good command on the production and operations team
- Should have an experience of minimum 5 years in attending client meetings
- Should have had the experience of working with vendors across India
