Manager - ERP Software Sales (2-3 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Working with our CRM to populate, segment and manage database to ensure effective prospecting throughout the sales lifecycle

2. Creating and managing lead generation funnels according to business priorities, capacity, and demand, driving initial outreach (social, email, phone), and converting prospects into qualified leads via personalised, relevant, and value added approaches

3. Online presenting the companys products and services.

4. Educating prospects on the benefits of Dynamics ERP / CRM solutions .Responsible for Sales ERP/ CRM software and other IT services like Application Development, Mobile Applications, Website/Portal, cloud services

5. Campaigning and engagement tactics and activation across digital channels including PPC, retargeting, social selling, and others as appropriate to deliver a high volume of outcomes that drive our bottom line profitability

6. Gathering business intelligence on each qualified lead including but not limited to budget, timelines, potential competitors, purchasing agreements, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Should have a minimum 1 year in B2B Sales and at least 1 year sales experience in IT

2. High energy self-starter hungry to learn, succeed, and ultimately smash targets

3. Preferable previous work within B2B sales in Pharma Field

4. Experience prospecting to Director level and above decision makers

5. Strong company research skills utilizing the Internet and available sales tools (Linked In, ConnectWise)

Key Skills :

- Outstanding people skills with strong written and oral communication skills

- Self-motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others

- Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet targets

- Ability to work with a team and collective strategies

- Impeccable presentation skills are essential.
