Job Description: Business Development / Enterprise Account Manager

Designation: Manager or Sr. Manager - Business Development / Account Manager

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to sell our Telecom and Contact center solutions to potential Enterprise clients in Mumbai . Individuals having experience in a similar domain, having start-up and entrepreneurial mind-set for continuous improvement is desired. This person will be responsible for implementing business development strategy, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing sales deals within IT, ITeS and BPO segments.

Sales Responsibilities :

- Identifies business development opportunities in Mumbai e (i.e. new clients, new business to existing clients, products, processes, market activities).

- Brings and develops new relationship in the enterprises and creates revenue growth

- Ensures the new activities/contracts/business development are profitable or an acceptable investment

- Identifies risks that can affect the achievement of the sales goals and builds related mitigation plans.

- Constantly informs himself/herself about market trends and changes.

- Has good understanding of the customers- business, helps clients to realize their needs and advises on solutions accordingly.

- Updates client/market information into management to formulate/update targets/pricing.

- Supports management in developing new joiners

- Updates regularly and timely of progress/active accounts on CRM and other internal tools

Qualifications :

- 5 - 12 years of sales experience in Large Enterprise sales, preferably in Telecommunication, Contact Center, Enterprise Voice Solution & Cloud Telephony.

- A well-built client base in the telecommunication & contact center industry is preferred.

- A Graduate with Business degree, majoring in Marketing / Sales / IT/Telecommunications is preferred.

- Written and spoken fluency in English is a must.

- Proficient with MS Office applications.

- Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence.

- Well-mannered and easily-expressed in live communication with clients.

Expected Result :

- You will be responsible for the acquisition and growth of new and existing customers

- You will positively impact business metrics including logo acquisition, customer retention, business growth and leveraging partners.

- Improvement of brand awareness and recognition

- Development of new offers and products that address client needs

- Improvement of sales forecast accuracy

- Assure a regular and monthly reporting of the sales activity through indicators

- Inform the management about the evolution of the market to adapt the India strategy
