Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager (B2B, SaaS)

Reporting to: Chief Growth Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our SaaS-based product to enterprise-level clients. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new business, developing strategic relationships, and exceeding sales targets within the B2B sector.

The ideal candidate must have flair for sales, possess exceptional communication and

negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the B2B market and drive revenue growth for our SaaS-based product.

2. Maintain pipeline funnel and cadence of Lead to Closure in line with industry standards.

3. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise-level organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and large-scale enterprises.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and stakeholders at prospective client companies.

5. Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential target markets for effective positioning and differentiation.

6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

7. Present and demonstrate our product offerings to potential clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.

8. Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing agreements to secure new business deals and achieve sales targets.

9. Track and report sales performance metrics, analyze results, and provide regular updates to the sales leadership team.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attend conferences, and actively participate in networking events to expand professional networks and generate leads.

Requirements :

1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in sales roles is a plus.

2. Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

4. Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities to address complex client requirements and drive effective solutions.

5. Strong business acumen, including the ability to understand customer needs, navigate organizational structures, and deliver impactful sales pitches.

6. Experience in managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.

7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.

8. Willingness to travel as required meeting with clients and attending industry events.
