Manager - Enterprise Sales - IT (7-9 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Achieve and exceed his/her sales order objectives.
- Identify, Qualify & pursue New Logos, from lead to close, while managing existing customers
- Smart with intelligence in creating a strong pipeline, accuracy in forecasting order closures to meet annual target/order objective.
- Strong knowledge & experience in Account Mapping, relation shipbuilding with key stakeholders, decision makers and influencers across the organization
- Discipline of building account plans, weekly meetings
- Go-getter attitude and an extrovert in building confidence & developing relationship with internal stakeholders.
- Align Pre-Sales team to provide solutions based on customer requirement to win orders.
- Sales cycle management from qualifying an opportunity, solution definition, presentation, proposal creation, strong negotiation skills and closing, respecting AIQoD's standards.
- Add value to marketing team by providing competitive information, key technology events, industry interaction.
- Experience in Working with industries viz., Auto, Aerospace, Industrial Machinery, Medical Devices, Textiles, Apparel, etc
Technology :
- Strong IT Sales knowledge of Digital Transformation, Analytics, IoT, RPA, Enterprise Solutions based on Generative AI, ML, NLP, PaaS & SaaS
Sales Strategy :
- Developing and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identifying new market opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends to position the company competitively.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
- Identifing and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, and relationship building.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Pipeline Management :
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate and timely forecasts.
Collaboration and Communication :
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on sales performances and market trends.
Sales Reporting and Analysis :
- Preparing regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management
