We are hiring for the role of - Enterprise Sales Manager - for Wobot Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. a well funded & fast growing organisation based out of New Delhi

Job Profile : Enterprise Sales Manager

Job Location : Work from Home

Salary Range: 4 LPA to 6 LPA

Industry Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Work from Home

Shift Timings: 3pm-11pm (IST)

Shift Timings: 11pm to 7 am

1. This is a video profiler that will take only 15 minutes to complete.

2. A Video Profiler gives you the opportunity to exhibit your communication and selling skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To manage entire sales cycle from product introductions to deal closures

2. To Build, maintain client relations, and explore opportunity to upsell

3. Should work with internal teams such as Marketing or Sales Development teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply

4. Should demonstrate and present our solution to potential prospects

5. Should be able to negotiate contracts and packages

6. Should meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

7. Should possess deep knowledge of our product offering and value proposition

8. Should proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities

9. Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times

10. Remain updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

11. Keep CRM up to date and prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

Requirements

1. 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Sales account executive

2. Hands on experience in account management & customer service.

3. An ability to gasp client's needs and to increase customer engagement

4. Sound knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular), prior experience of HubSpot would be preferred

5. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and target

6. Understanding of sales performance metrics

7. Motivation, drive and self-starting attitude

8. Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

10. Analytical and time-management skills

11. Proven Experience in International Market (US & UK)
