About the Client : 

Our Client has been developing products that are rooted in traditional Ayurveda and designed to address a wide range of health issues like diabetes, kidney health, heart health, liver health, digestive issues, pain management, gout/arthritis/rheumatism, and many others using combinations of medicinal plants, herbs and spices.

All the products are research based and the products have been registered with the USFDA for export as well. Currently the client operates in India and the United States, with individual orders being serviced to customers in over 25 countries.

Position Summary :

Role : Manager Enterprise Sales

Location : Delhi / NRC / Mumbai

Job Summary : 

This role is responsible for maintaining and building relationships with B2B customers, corporates, specialty food chains, health-oriented resorts, gifting companies, clinics and hospitals, and healthcare and wellness providers.

Responsibilities :

- Research accounts identify key players and generate interest and convert to closes.

- Build relationships utilizing the communication preferences of our customers - phone, chat, text, social media, etc. Maintaining a consistent touch point cycle within assigned geography along with daily account of activities and progress for every call.

- Maintaining a sales call balance of new business opportunities along with current business retention and penetration.

- Develop an effective pipeline of new customers and projects to meet monthly requirements.

- Cross-sell and up-sell inbound leads.

- Add new customers and re-activate prior customers through warm leads & outbound call campaign activities.

- Know and be able to explain the company's buying group program.

- Make pricing decisions within the perimeters set and escalate opportunities that require further consideration on a timely basis.

Pre-Requisites : 

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Special Sales preferably in Gifts Sales

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work well under pressure and proactively solve problems

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

- MBA in Marketing degree or higher from an accredited institution
