We are hiring for a Leading Saas-based Product company for the role of 'Enterprise-Marketing Manager.

Lead Champion - Key Enterprise B2B Marketing

- Marketing Manager will closely work with sales & marketing teams in building smart enterprise level communications for the Big enterprises, key Fortune 1000, key domestic and international prospective businesses to scope our state of the art HRTech & HRMS solutions. He or She should be self starter, self driven, result oriented, entrepreneurial by nature.

- Preference will be given to candidates who have a focus on a growth mindset.

- This role is a completely remote work. Equal opportunity role. He or she will support the domestic and international business leads directly in building GTM planning for domestic and international key prospective enterprise clients. Candidates who can join early would be preferred

- The current position will report to the Head of Growth.

- Minimum Experience In B2B Enterprise

- SaaS Marketing : 4-7 Years

Key Responsibilities : 

- Planning & building organic lead generation programs for the key enterprise prospects in domestic and international geographies

- Great understanding of building effective organic GTM planning and execution

- Own the planning, execution and budget of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms 


- Manage demand generation programs for both existing customers and prospects, for cross selling and upselling ZingHR products and services

- Deploy global campaigns and programs in the regions, choosing the best channels and tactics to sustain our customer journey map. Creating, Proofing and quality-secure marketing materials and content working closely with the design team

- Measure and report on the effectiveness of programs and campaigns with the purpose of improving resource allocation, efficiency, and revenue generation

- Tight focus on sales pipeline impact and in line with the financial year, quarter, and monthly allocations. Direct P&L support.
