Manager - Enterprise Business Development - HRMS Software (2-7 yrs)

Delhi/NCR/Mumbai/Bangalore Job Code: 19771

1. Following up with the leads generated by our marketing and sales development team, and understanding their current pain points and requirements

2. Showcasing how Quikchex can address their current pain points and requirements, by performing product demos of the Quikchex platform and providing them with solutions to HR, Payroll or Compliance questions (for which you will be provided training)

3. Closing the client in the shortest window possible which includes handling final negotiations related to pricing and contracts

4. Taking ownership of the onboarding process for every client, which includes working with the client to ensure that all data is received accurately and on time, and working with our implementation team to ensure all clients processes are setup appropriately

5. Building a pipeline of leads, by reaching out to Head of HRs, CFOs and CEO of mid to large sized companies.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1) Strong inclination for Sales and for making a career in Sales

2) At least 2 years of experience selling to corporates in a Sales Role

3) Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

4) Extroverted personality with a strong passion for interacting with other people

5) Extremely goal oriented

6) Experience selling HRMS Software or Payroll Services is a huge plus

7) Experience selling software or selling services to HR teams is a plus

8) Non-sales experience is fine as long as candidate is able to exhibit a high passion for selling and has excellent English communication skills
