Job Title : Manager - Enterprise Sales (Enterprise IT/ Data Centers/Audio Visual Solutions)

Job Type : Full-time

Location : Hyderabad

Supervisor/Manager : VP- Sales

Work Hours : 9 Hours

Main Duties/Responsibilities :

- Develop the Business and grow Customer base in India and solidify existing relationships.

- Develop long-term strategies and shorter-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals.

- Develop the Business & Sales Model for the customers, innovative solutions.

- Develop the P&L for the business and help grow the business overall within your customer base. Account mapping, Customer Relationship management, New market trends, Marketing Initiatives and usage of tools like ERP, CRM.

- Comfortable presenting new solutions and ideas to customers as per the requirement.

- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.

- Understand customer's business to be able to explore opportunities and help customer meet their business objectives.

- Understand product and solutions and to be able demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.

- Drive revenue growth & pipeline in Strategic and Enterprise accounts.

- Responsible for the overall quality of account management of their customers

- Collaborating with cross functional teams, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business plans.

Qualifications : Bachelor or Masters in Sales, Marketing or Bachelor in Engineering & Masters in Sales

Experience : 4-6 years of Experience.

Skills :

- Communication (Oral and Written), Deep understanding of Sales Process, Enterprise & Large Account Management, Negotiation Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Perseverance. Ability to do proper co-ordination with customer onsite.

Personal Qualities and Behavioural traits:

Initiative/Perseverance - Ability to be willing to take action to address needs without being requested to do so

Interpersonal Skills - Ability to work effectively with different people and teams of people by putting others at ease.

Organizational Skills - Ability to identify and set priorities, plan and effectively allocate appropriate resources.
